Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Due to the Jubilee, some monuments may be under restoration. Please pay attention to any messages we may send regarding potential changes.
Meeting Point:
Piazza del Colosseo, 21, near the 'M' Metro sign on the upper level, close to Caffe Roma. Just look for the Discover Rome Tours staff, and you’ll easily spot us there!
ID Requirement:
Having an ID card, passport, or a copy of your ID on your phone is MANDATORY for all participants. Please ensure that you bring your photo ID with you. These tickets are nominative, meaning they are assigned to specific travelers. The ticket office staff will verify your ID at the entrance. If there is a mismatch with your identity document, access to the Colosseum will not be allowed, and no refund will be issued.
Access to Sites:
The Colosseum requires you to enter at the time shown on your ticket. With the same ticket, you will also have access to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill anytime during their opening hours.

What to bring
Comfortable Footwear: Wear comfortable shoes as the Colosseum has uneven surfaces. During hot weather, we recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses for protection.
Water & Snacks: Stay hydrated. Snacks are allowed, but eating inside the Colosseum is not permitted.
Camera: The Colosseum offers incredible photo opportunities, so be sure to bring a camera or smartphone.
